What's NOT Included

• Copywriting or Editing - Copy needed for the site should be prepared by the client or copywriter, proofed for spelling and grammar before submitting it to us to add to the website (Content load only applies to Business and Custom Plans).
• Pictures or Photos . We recommend istockphoto, or fotolia. Prices average $1-$10 / picture.
• Unlimited support. We include minor changes and revisions in the first 30 days, but after that we're always  here to help, and we will quote each new request on an hourly basis. Remember, our goals are to "teach you to fish."

Sales Terms
All paid plans are month to month or year to year. All sales are final. You can upgrade or change your plan from Control Panel > My Account  > Change Plan. Once you are on one of our paid plans, you will be billed monthly/annually until you cancel.  You can cancel anytime from Control Panel > My Account > Cancel Billing. In order to avoid the next billing, the cancellation should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing.
